ViewQwest: What it really means to have the Fibernet experience?

The above key features are often advertised for Viewqwest lighting fast fiber broadband. I often ask myself what they really mean. A series of quantitative test are executed to find out if those key features lives up to its name.

  • No international Bandwidth caps
    4K streaming have no issues with default settings. Only slight lag on the images if we fast forward through the video

  • Latency based routing
    Generally Viewqwest obtains low latency but I’ve got to test it while playing games soon. Prelim result below shows that local latency range from a low of 26 to 30ms after 3 weeks of use.
