Camera Smile detection 🙂
I decided to “cam whore” using main camera at work. Soon realize the shutter is on the screen which is facing away from us. Felt quite dump as I already invite my colleague to snap a photo together. Fortunately, HTC One X+ is like all top end dedicated cameras equipped with not only face detection but also smile detection as well. No buttons needed! The moment we smiled the shutter sets off. Phew no wonder its called smart phone.
Since Im so excited about this feature, I decided to share with you guys. Did some short testing to see if it will snap with other facial features. You may watch the videos below.
Front Facing Camera
Im trying out the BSI camera with a strong backlight here. Hmm the camera did well.. 100 times better than my brothers’ HTC One XL.
When compared with iPhone 5 its a tough fight. However iPhone lost this time as I cant get rid of the lens flare no matter how I move. You can see the difference.
